They are partners who push back when a design is technically expensive, propose implementation-friendly alternatives, and think about Core Web Vitals from day one.

How Wizhire Evaluates Frontend Engineers

Screens cover:

• Technical Depth: JavaScript and TypeScript mastery at a runtime level (not just syntax), framework internals, browser API knowledge

• System Design: rendering strategy decisions (CSR/SSR/SSG), state management architecture, component system design, performance architecture

• Craft: design system contribution, accessibility by default, comprehensive state handling (loading, error, empty, edge cases)

• Ownership: has shipped features end-to-end including production monitoring and iteration — not just handed off to QA
